Now put your hands together for... "Nathan and the Backfillers"

Stage: Backfilling | Week 3
Story: Now that the foundation is poured, it's time to backfill and shape our very....very small yard. First, all the wood for the forms is loaded off site....
Then, a load of gravel is delivered for filling around drainange and the basement floor.
The garage fill is smoothed by the backhoe...
And the basement fill is smoothed by the backhoe's little friend...."Minihoe".
And while all this was going on....Kim and I went looking for furniture. We found a great place and met the salesman of the century. Here Harry is convincing us of how rare and special his "Parisian inspired" wall unit is....
"It's a fantastic piece...I by 'em by the container load"
